1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you, received the goods. You do not need to provide a reason for your withdrawal.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to ghandimacwise@gmail.com. We will then provide you with the specific return instructions and the return address. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back to our return address.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• In the original packaging.
• Free from any signs of use (e.g., odors, stains, or damage).

4. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged during transit.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Stripe) within 14 days.
• Original Shipping Costs: Standard shipping costs will be refunded. If you chose a premium/express shipping method, only the standard shipping rate will be reimbursed.

You are not required to use this form. A simple email with your order details is sufficient.
